Genral Sales Assistance

Massive Diamonds is currently seeking both part-time and full-time employees for sales and marketing roles. Our primary focus and objective are to meet our clients' needs within deadlines while providing quality service. One of our biggest challenges is achieving our targets and keeping up with market trends. Therefore, we are looking to fill our open positions with young, energetic, and career-driven individuals who can help foster growth in our company and enhance our client's reputation.

Requirements:
- A completed Matric qualification or an equivalent certification demonstrating foundational education.
- A valid South African ID to confirm identity and eligibility for employment.
- Demonstrated skills in persuasion and a strong focus on customer service, with the ability to effectively convince potential clients about the benefits of financial services.
- Bilingual abilities, with proficiency in at least two languages to better communicate with a diverse customer base.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong illustration skills to present information clearly and effectively.
- Willingness and capability to work long hours, particularly when deadlines are approaching, to ensure goals are met.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to raise brand awareness, utilizing a variety of promotional tools, including informative flyers,
engaging webinars, and direct face-to-face marketing techniques.
- Provide comprehensive assistance to customers in the enrollment process for financial services, ensuring they understand the products and services available to them.
- Collaborate with team members to drive and achieve collective goals, fostering a supportive and motivated team environment.
- Proactively engage with both new and existing customers, building strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
