Entry-Level Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.

Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Requirements:
No prior sales experience is required, but it is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High level of self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed.

Basic computer skills and proficiency in using sales software.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
