Conversion Agent-Onboarding Specialist

Requirements for this role:
 Call Centre Sales experience in Financial Sector Background Only.
 At least 2 + years’ work experience in a Financial Call Centre Environment.
 Matric.
 Good Command of English.
 Excellent Telephone Etiquette
 Excellent Interpersonal skills.
 Driven Individuals
 Strong Character to close on Leads provided.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:
 Onboarding client.
 To convert supplied leads of already interested clients into / Existing clients.
 To be aggressive in closing deals.
 Target Driven.
 To provide the most stable and reliable client experience possible.
Benefits
• Basic Salary R6 000 Per Month for the first 3 month during probation period, then the basic goes up to R7000 per month + Uncapped Commission structure on a sliding scale e.g. Sale Comm Paid in U$D + R2000 Incentive for Top Seller.
