Sales and Admin Representative – Office Letting

We’re looking for a bubbly and friendly Sales and Admin Representative to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Welcome clients with a warm and friendly demeanor, provide exceptional customer service, and build strong relationships.
Sales Support: Assist clients in identifying their office needs, conduct tours of available spaces, and manage the end-to-end leasing process.
Administrative Tasks: Handle all administrative duties, including preparing proposals, maintaining client records, and managing lease agreements.
Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth move-ins and resolve client queries efficiently.

Problem Solving :Address client concerns with a positive attitude, ensuring a satisfactory resolution for all parties.

Qualifications & Skills:
- A bubbly, outgoing, and approachable personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or office letting is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a keen eye for detail.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
