We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help grow our customer base while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Job purpose:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and business growth by securing new clients and managing relationships with existing clients in need of cleaning services. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, with a passion for providing excellent customer service and a strong understanding of how cleaning services can enhance clients' operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Business Development Executive, or similar role, ideally in the cleaning services or facilities management industry.
• Strong understanding of cleaning service offerings, including regular cleaning, deep cleaning, specialized cleaning, and post-construction cleaning (preferred but not required).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and sales opportunities simultaneously.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is a plus.
• Full driving licence
Salary offer: R30K to R50K
