THIS POSITION IS BASED IN Cape Town AND ONLY CANDIDATES LIVING IN Cape Town WILL BE CONSIDERED:

Purpose:
To assist in the day-to-day tasks of the Trade Lane department.

Duties And Accountabilities:
Day to day operations
• Assist the trade lane team with handling orders
• Ensure data is captured on CW1 in terms of status updates for the CS team
• Correspond with origin offices to execute collections to meet customer ROS dates

Quality Management:
• Check to ensure very few / no errors are made
• Provide quality service to internal clients and exceed their expectations

Risk Management:
• Ensure errors are minimal
• Ensure everything is in writing and recorded

Salary:
15.000,00 ZAR Monthly
