Job Description

A Crew Member is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to guests within a fast-paced work environment. Duties include taking customer orders, preparing food and drinks, operating cash registers, and cleaning areas of the restaurant.

Crew Member Duties
Greet passengers onboard
Assist passengers with locating their seating area
Answer questions about the flight and provide requested information
Ensure the safety of passengers by informing them about safety regulations
Assist with serving drinks and meals
Provide first aid assistance when needed
Assist with luggage stowage and retrieval
Assist with cleaning the aircraft after disembarkation

Crew Member Requirements
