R55 000 - R65 000 CTC per month

We’re seeking a recently qualified CA or CFA for a Client Success and Migration Specialist role, combining finance, client relations, and tech support.

You’ll onboard clients, manage platform requirements, and provide technical assistance to ensure smooth processes and lasting relationships.

Minimum Requirements:
Recently qualified CA or CFA (1 or higher).
Strong Excel skills and a knack for problem-solving.
Excellent client communication skills.
Ability to lead client meetings and manage projects independently.
Deadline-driven with great attention to detail.
Coding (VBA) knowledge is advantageous.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Onboard and migrate client information to the SaaS platform.
Provide technical guidance on incentive plan processes.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Assist with financial reporting (IFRS 2) and system support.
Facilitate client training sessions and offer solutions to improve the platform.
