Job Description

Requirement
• Must be BCom qualified plus experience
• Syspro Accounting system (Must)
• Very strong in excel – pivot tables, etc.
• Good Communicator.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for a small team
(Debtors / Creditors / Bookkeeper/ General Financial Admin)
• Reconcile inventory for all warehouses, passing month end journals, monthly VAT calculation, management accounts, system maintenance including period/year end and preparing the yearend audit file.
• Dealing with foreign creditors (Creating orders, recording stock, reconciling and payment)
• Inventory: Assessing movement and stock levels for purchasing, controlling stock takes and everything surrounding this, investigating variances and implementing controls to prevent future discrepancies.
• Responsible for writing ODBC/excel reports for the CEO, Financial Manager and Sales Director.
