About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying and qualifying prospective clients, contributing to the growth of our sales pipeline. You will act as the first point of contact for potential customers, ensuring they receive a positive introduction to our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target industries.
Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media engagement, and other marketing channels.
Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and potential fit for our services.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in the CRM system.
Schedule appointments or hand off qualified leads to the sales team for follow-up.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Provide feedback on market trends and customer insights to improve lead generation strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach campaigns and messaging.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or a similar sales-oriented role will be an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
