Job Description
She/he will be required to complete the following:
Duties include but not limited to:
• Debtors
• Creditors
• Process customer invoices, receipts and other documents
• Upload all available supplier invoices, cash slips, supplier statements, bank statements and any other 3rd party documents to PASTEL.
• Upkeep of supplier & Customer database: Contact details, banking details
• Manage all customer accounts reconciliations
• Monitor financial transactions
• Maintain finance data and update record accordingly
• Track all income and expense reporting
• Communicate with vendors/suppliers and customers
• Reconciling petty cash expenses and credit card expenses and upload all invoices and schedules to PASTEL
Additional duties within your skill set advantageous;
• VAT rebates
• Tax Returns
• E-filling
Qualifications:
A higher education degree or certificate in Finance or similar is required.

Diploma
Knowledge Base
• Accounting Literate (Knows Basic accounting and book keeping)
• PASTEL Experience
• Good Communication skills
• Knows how to post, and capture bank statements and can read financial reports.
