About Us:
We are a luxury retirement resort catering to discerning residents and guests. Our operations run from Monday to Sunday, with occasional night functions requiring flexibility and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and seat residents and guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations tailored to individual preferences.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and capture on point of sale promptly for the kitchen.
• Serve meals and beverages efficiently, maintaining high service standards.
• Room service & Assisting with delivery preparation.
• Monitor tables to ensure all guests' needs are met and address any concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables for meals and events, including occasional evening functions.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Hospitality/Restaurant industry.
• Barista training or experience is a plus.
• Contactable references are essential.
• Availability to work flexible hours when required, including evenings when required.
