Job Description

Workshop Administrator (Level 10)
Salary: Negotiable
An outstanding company in Kuruman is seeking a Workshop Administrator (Level 10) to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual with the right skills and experience to contribute to a thriving environment.

Requirements:
Matric Certificate.
Qualified Mechanic.
Minimum 5 years of related experience.
Supervisory experience (advantageous).
Strong leadership skills.
Well-spoken and well-presented, with excellent communication at all levels.
Computer literate, with SAP experience.
Resourceful, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
Strong report writing skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform general workshop administration, including filing and processing job cards.
Assist the Foreman with call volumes, job card queries, and quotations.
Create purchase requisitions/orders and update CRM.
Extract and process WIP reports; attend WIP meetings.
Follow up on supplier invoices and ensure job card accuracy.
Capture timesheets, orders, and MIGO on SAP; handle costing/invoicing.
Monitor consumables and manage machine delivery admin.
Oversee safety duties, including inspections, policies, accident investigations, and compliance.
Provide training, coaching, and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
