R35 – 40 000 basic per month + commission and fuel allowance

Seeking a results-driven and bilingual (French and English) Sales and Business Development Specialist to drive growth in the pharmaceutical and medical devices sectors across emerging African markets. The ideal candidate will excel in building lasting relationships, identifying new opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Proficiency in both French and English is essential, as this role involves working across diverse regions and engaging with clients in both private and public sectors.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales and business development within in the pharmaceutical or medical devices sectors.
Ability to manage projects, multi-task, and work independently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills
Strong administrative skills (Microsoft Office and CRM)
Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
Friendly, confident, and a team player.
High-level client liaison skills.
Proactive and results-driven.
Passion for developing new business and partnerships.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in both private and public sectors.
Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Research new opportunities and expand into untapped markets.
Prepare and submit proposals, tenders, and presentations.
Coordinate marketing initiatives and develop partnerships with key stakeholders.
Ensure quality control.
Provide exceptional customer service while focusing on business growth.
