Job Description

Our client in the financial services sector is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations
Manager to join their team. This role is based in Durban, with potential travel across KwaZulu
Natal. Valid driver’s license and personal transportation are essential.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure that processes and systems are fit for purpose.
• Identify and deliver process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain effective frameworks, procedures and approaches for all areas of customer services.
• Achieve business operations and sales targets.
• Ensure the business is always in a profit state.
• Allocate resources to meet operational demands and ensure branches operate daily.
• Implement strategies that align with company objectives, monitor KPIs and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Education and Technical Skills Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (advantageous).
• MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus (advantageous).
• At least 5 years of experience in operations management, focusing on customer service
and sales.
• Sound understanding of credit risk, underwriting risk, sales distribution, customer service operations, financial modelling, quality assurance, compliance, human capital and legal frameworks.
• Understanding of FAIS & NCR Act (advantageous).
• Proficiency in operations management software and tools.
Salary:
30.000,00 ZAR Monthly
