Job Description

Salary: R16 000 – R20 000 (CTC) p/m

Main role: Responsible for communication with customers about vehicle repair needs and relaying information to Service technicians.

Requirements
 Completed matric or equivalent
 Experience in a auto service centre required
 Knowledge of diesel/ petrol engine vehicles
 Valid driver’s licence
 Reliable transport
 MS Office & Pastel (training provided)
 Ability to work well with team members
 Excellent telephone etiquette
 Organised and detail-oriented
 Should be able to work without supervision
 Strong customer service skills
 English and Afrikaans
 Presentable and neat

Duties
 Manage queries about vehicles services (bookings, job cards/ payments) and open job cards.
 Calculate quotes for repairs.
 Vehicle drop-off and pick-ups per request.
 Explain services and repair options to customers.
 Advise customers about service changes when required.
 Liaise with technicians to manage timely repairs
 Oversee workflow and schedule.
 Ensure accurate administration and documentation
 Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring quality service at all times
