Job Description

Main purpose of the job: To achieve individual sales targets by providing Skills Solution for existing or prospective clients in line with the business strategy.

Inherent requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or relevant qualification
• 4–5 years related experience
• 5 – 6years of Customer Relationship Management or Customer Service Business and Sales experience.
• Industry Awareness - Maintains knowledge of current and emerging global trends, products, services and industry best practices
• Work unusual hours and on weekends occasionally
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Excellent organizing and planning skills

Duties and responsibilities:
Sales:
• Contribute towards and drive sales strategy to increase revenue and profit
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns and advise them of the best training solution for their needs
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance on the best training solution for their needs
• Negotiate contracts and packages within the company’s parameters for GP
• Build business by identifying and selling the company's portfolio
• Meet and exceed targets in line with the business units’ strategy and budget

People Management:
• Lead culture in line with the organization's EVP
• Continuously develop own BBBEE, product, industry and company knowledge and share with the team
• Work with cross functional teams including finance, marketing, and operations

Customers:
• Ensure customer retention by servicing and visiting existing clients with the aim to extend and explore potential new business

Marketing:
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and the company’s marketing strategy:
o Experiential marketing
o Relationship marketing
o Commercial marketing
