Job Description
Strategic Marketing Planning & Execution
• Close partnership with the Marketing Manager to design, deliver and monitor strategic projects and objectives.
• Develop and execute marketing operational plans aligned with the strategy for specific products and audiences.
• Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Prepare and deliver go-to-market materials with messaging that resonates with target audiences.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. Content Creation & Messaging
• Draft, proofread, and edit content for various platforms, including digital, print, social media, and advertising, ensuring high-quality output
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging and innovative content that aligns with organizational goals.
• Conceptualize and develop communication strategies, emphasizing digital and content marketing.
Project & Vendor Management
• Manage marketing projects end-to-end, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with objectives.
• Liaise with internal and external vendors to coordinate promotional events and campaigns.
• Brief service providers effectively, ensuring SMART and clear expectations and delivery within deadlines in line with needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration
• Partner, build and maintain relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners to drive campaign success and to align
on strategies and messaging.
• Act as a subject matter expert on best practices and innovative marketing solutions for the target segment.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
• Reflect on project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and implement improvements.
• Contribute to an environment of innovation by sharing new ideas and implementing best practices.
Internal Communication & Engagement
• Draft and execute internal engagement plans to align employees with organizational goals and campaigns.
• Support Human Capital with employee-focused marketing and engagement initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day administrative requirements, ensuring seamless execution of marketing activities. Sales, Service and Distribution
(SSD)
• Support Sales, Services and Distribution (SSD) teams including the regions with marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
Client Focus & Service Excellence
• Provide expert marketing advice and solutions to internal and external clients.
• Deliver on service level agreements by ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of marketing outputs.
• Promote a culture of exceptional service through strong collaboration and feedback mechanisms.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications and or equivalent relevant qualification
• 3 - 5 years’ experience as a Marketing consultant or currently occupying a Marketing Specialist or similar relevant role (essential)
• External and internal marketing experience (Advantageous).
• Project management and coordination experience.
• Experience working with creative partners in the development of marketing communication campaigns.
• Demonstrate an ability to work with cross functional teams and agencies.
• Experience in Financial Industry (desirable)
