Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to share insights and collaborate on strategies to improve sales performance.
Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Performance Metrics: Meet individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic about sales.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Prior sales experience is not required, but a passion for selling and a willingness to learn is essential.
