Job Description
• Qualification: N3 qualification with experience in injection moulding machines.
• Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in hydraulic and electrical systems is essential.
• Machine Shop Equipment: Must have hands-on experience with lathe and milling machines.
• Maintenance Planning: responsible for creating and adhering to a regular maintenance planning schedule.
• General Maintenance: Perform all general maintenance tasks around the building.
• Record Keeping: Report and update maintenance records of all completed work.
• Stock Control: Ensure efficient operation of machine spare parts stores with regular stock control.
• Time Management: Must be a dependable timekeeper.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed.
• Transport: Own transport is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and follow a comprehensive machine maintenance schedule.
• Conduct general maintenance duties around the facility.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Manage spare parts inventory efficiently.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills.
