Technical Manager

Lapalala Wilderness Reserve currently has a vacancy for a Technical Manager with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position.

Requirements.
-A trade test qualification is preferable.
-Proven track record with contactable references.
-Computer literate- MS Windows, Outlook, Excel.
-Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Afrikaans. Sepedi proficiency would be advantageous.
-Good report writing skills
-Strong knowledge and experience in infrastructure construction and maintenance including refrigeration, tiling, plumbing, solar and water reticulation and electrical systems. (Primary focus)
-Knowledge and skill set on heavy machinery, vehicles, and equipment is advantageous.
-Skills in welding and boiler making advantageous.
-Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
-Excellent attention to detail.
-Able to work in a team structure as well as independently.
-Strong mentoring and training skills.
-Presentable, well-spoken and professional individual.
-Highly responsible, reliable and trustworthy.
-Excellent attention to detail, initiative and interpersonal skills.

This position is a fixed two-year contract.
