Job Description

NCR Management Centre, an outbound Call Centre has an exciting opportunity for dynamic and energetic individuals to join our Call Centre Learnership program with the intent to become permanent Call Centre Agents.
The successful candidates are required to have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. A second and third language would be advantageous to service existing and potential clients and ensure targets and standards are achieved and client satisfaction maintained.

Requirements:
• No work experience required
• Must have passed Grade 11 or Grade 12
• Should not be older than 27 years old
• Have a valid South African ID

Key outputs include:
• NQF level 4 certificate on completion of the 12 months Learnership
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets as agreed upon
• Meet the agreed daily talk time target
• Obtain, confirm and update all client details accurately and efficiently
• Achieve monthly objectives as agreed with the team leader/manager
• Always adhere to the Call Centre policies and procedures

Remuneration:

A stipend of R4500 plus a lucrative commission structure.
Salary:
R 4 500,00 Monthly
