Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement and manage efficient workflow processes for general repairs.
* Manage and ensure that policies and procedures are being adhered to for all work orders.
* Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure the highest workmanship standards and product quality.
* Collaborate with the stores' team to ensure efficient and timely movement of stock between stores and workshops.
* Oversee the workshop administration, and ensure that the responsibilities of the workshops are met.
