About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tribologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lubrication management, wear analysis, and friction control in industrial applications. This role requires a hands-on professional with expertise in optimizing equipment performance and reliability through advanced tribological solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct tribological assessments to improve machinery performance and longevity.
Develop and implement lubrication programs for various industrial applications.
Perform wear analysis and recommend suitable coatings, lubricants, and materials.
Conduct failure investigations and provide corrective action plans.
Work closely with engineering and maintenance teams to enhance equipment reliability.
Utilize condition monitoring techniques to predict and prevent mechanical failures.
Stay updated on the latest tribology advancements and industry trends.
Provide technical training and support to internal teams and clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in tribology, lubrication engineering, or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of friction, wear, and lubrication principles.
Experience with condition monitoring, failure analysis, and predictive maintenance techniques.
Familiarity with industrial machinery and equipment reliability practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Tribology or Lubrication Engineering.
Membership in a relevant professional organization.
Experience working in industries such as manufacturing, mining, automotive, or power generation.
