Job Description
As the highest-ranking manager, you will oversee all departments—sales, service, parts, and finance—while driving profitability, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to company and manufacturer standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Performance: Achieve sales and profit goals across new/used car sales, parts, and services. Manage cash flow, inventory, and overall financial health.
• Leadership: Lead and motivate a premium team, ensuring high performance. Hire, train, and manage staff development.
• Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service. Address complaints promptly and build strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Compliance & Operations: Ensure compliance with all standards and regulations. Oversee facility maintenance, inventory, and marketing strategies.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute long-term growth strategies. Identify market trends and adapt business strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 15+ years of experience in the automotive industry, with a proven record in dealership management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and profitability.
• Sales and marketing expertise, with the ability to foster relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• BMW experience would be an added advantage.
