Airfreight Manager

A leading global logistics company is looking for an experienced Airfreight Manager to drive growth, optimize operations, and lead a high-performing team.

Requirements:
- FIATA Diploma or relevant degree
- 10+ years in airfreight, including 5+ years in management
- Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strategic, proactive, and highly organized
- Valid driver’s license & own car

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow market share and sales
- Build and maintain key client relationships
- Optimize pricing, scheduling, and cost structures
- Oversee the full airfreight lifecycle, ensuring top service delivery
- Lead, coach, and motivate the airfreight team
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ISO standards
