About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional, highly organized, and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Managing Director. This is a key role within the organisation, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
As the Executive PA, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Managing Director’s day-to-day activities and ad-hoc assistance with other Executives, from managing calendars to coordinating high-priority projects and communications.
Report to: Managing Director and Head of People
Location: Durbanville Industrial Park
Requirements:
A minimum of Grade 12 education.
3-5 years of experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Must possess a valid Code 08 driver's license and have access to a vehicle (manual)
Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with an ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
A flexible, adaptable attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
