Mechanical Foreman

1) Managing a workshop and mechanical assistants

2) Services, repairs and maintenance of trucks, tractors, cranes vehicles, mechanical equipment, hydraulic equipment

3) Repair, maintenance and rebuilding of gensets (petrol and 3 phase diesel gensets)

4) Wiring and electrical repairs of vehicles and Gensets

5) Generator sales and customer interaction

6) Innovative thinking required to repair older machines (must be able to think out of the box)

7) Duties unrelated to mechanics as and when necessary, which require the skills and thinking of a competent mechanical thinker

8) Training and mentoring of junior staff

9) Drivers license is essential

* 7 - 10 years of experience in a similar field of work

* Willingness to work overtime when needed

* Trade certificate advantageous

* Ability to solve problems and work under pressure
