Job Description

NKUNENE MARKETING is looking for full-time Entry-Level Sales and Marketing Representative to train in every aspect of sales, marketing, customer service, and business development. This position is ideal for someone who is new to the workforce.

Responsibilities :
Sales and Customer Service
• Generate new business leads and follow up on existing leads to drive sales growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Marketing and Product Knowledge
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns

Basic Requirements:
• High school (matric) qualification required, though college is preferred
• Local applicants who are able to start immediately
• Excellent communication skills
