Outbound Telesales Agents - Sales focus

We are looking for a motivated Outbound Call Center Agent to join our sales team. In this role, you will be a key player in driving customer acquisition by proactively reaching out to potential and existing customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

Making at least 100 outbound calls per day to build relationships, promote our seminars / conferences/ services and engage clients.
Generating and closing sales by effectively communicating our offerings and identifying customer needs.
Providing a positive customer experience that encourages loyalty and retention.
