Location: Midrand, Johannesburg | Salary: R13K - R15K + Commission | Type: Permanent
A national wholesaler in the telecommunications industry seeks an Internal Sales Consultant to assist customers, process orders, and maintain client relationships.
Requirements:
• Grade 12 qualification
• Sales experience or telecom knowledge
• MS Office & Pastel proficiency
• Strong communication skills
Responsibilities:
• Advise customers via phone & email
• Process orders & create quotes in Pastel
• Assist walk-in customers & handle queries
• Maintain client relationships & resolve complaints
• Arrange couriers & support inventory forecasting
