Qualifications / Requirements:
• Matric
• In-depth knowledge and experience with truck tyres
• Proven track record in developing and monitoring key performance indicators
• Tyre retreading experience highly advantageous
• Proficient in English
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Strong leadership abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven problem-solving and time management skills
Key Performance Areas:
• Lead and manage a team of employees within the Tyre Bay and Retread Plant
• Implement and uphold operational systems, ensuring team adherence
• Maintain accurate and up to date records for all administrative tasks
