Job Description
Be able to run a section with great organizational Skills.
Keep a high standard at all times with Preparation and execution of ingredients and dishes.
Be Flexible to assist fellow team members with anything.
We are a learning establishment, and the chef must take part and be a part of the menu planning and development
Knowledge of Wine and Food pairing will be taught, but some knowledge thereof is a plus.
Be able to work under pressure.
Be a Team Player.
