Job Description
Are you a skilled Litigation Attorney looking for a dynamic opportunity in Durban? We are seeking a confident and detail-oriented legal professional to join our team.
Position Details:
○Location: Durban
○Salary: R25 000+ (Negotiable)
○Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
●Handle civil litigation processes with confidence and professionalism.
Draft agreements and pleadings with precision and attention to detail.
●Engage with clients professionally and build strong relationships.
●Work both independently and collaboratively within a large team.
●Keep internal reports up to date, ensuring files are diarized and fees are written to target.
●Deliver quality legal services while managing time effectively.
Report directly to the Directors and liaise with clients regularly.
Required Skills & Competencies:
✔ Windeed, Legalsuite, Lexis Nexis proficiency
✔ Excellent organizational and administration skills
✔ Strong public speaking skills (English essential; additional languages advantageous)
✔ Ability to work independently without supervision
Candidate Requirements:
- Completed LLB degree
- Admitted as an Attorney (with completed Articles)
●Rights of Appearance in the High Court
●Post Admission Experience in litigation
