We are looking for two dynamic Sales Associates to join Tisokn Consulting and drive business growth through sales, generating leads, onboarding clients, and building strong relationships.

As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by identifying and engaging potential customers, promoting our consulting services, and ensuring a smooth client onboarding experience. Job Description
As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibility is to generate new business opportunities and establish strong client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting our consulting services, and guiding them through the onboarding process. Your role will involve proactive sales outreach, negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Client Engagement: Present and promote consulting services to potential clients
• Onboarding: Manage and coordinate the client onboarding process
• Sales Reporting: Track and submit monthly sales performance reports
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
• Customer Support: Provide exceptional service and follow-up to maintain client relationships
• Independent Work: Operate remotely with minimal supervision

Requirements
• Location: Must reside in the Bojanala Platinum District
• Education: Matric Certificate required (Tertiary education is an advantage)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales (preferred but not mandatory)
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
• Language: Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Technology: Computer literate with access to a laptop/desktop and internet
• Tools: Must own a smartphone for communication and CRM use
• Work Ethic: Self-motivated and able to work remotely with minimal supervision

Compensation & Benefits
• Earnings Potential: R5,000 – R15,000+ per month (Commission-Based)
• Contract Duration: 3-month probation period, with the possibility of extension
• Work Flexibility: Remote work with flexible hours
