Job Description
• Ensure that there are enough consumables in stock.
• Ordering of Consumables when stock are low.
• Signing in and out of Vehicles and trailers.
• Management of PPE and Uniforms to employees, see that stock are enough.
• Receiving Parts and Aircon Units, make sure it is correct according to Purchase orders.
• Ensure that all items are marked according to site names and or jobs, notify support that goods has been received.
• Supervise the signing-out of tools, consumables, gas and chemicals.
• Supervise daily to ensure sufficient quantity of consumables in stock.
• Supervise order consumables and handle when stock is low.
• Supervise the signing-in and out of vehicles and trailers and check for any damages.
• Supervise the signing-out of PPE and uniform to employees.
• Organised damaged PPE’s be replaced and lost PPE’s to be paid for.
• Supervise the ordering of PPE and uniform stock when needed.
• Supervise the receipt of parts and Aircon units and ensure they are correct according to the purchase orders.
• Label items with site name or Jobs.
• Advise support about goods received.
