Job Description

KeY Tasks:
1. Answering of phones

2. Updating contact list

3. Visitor / New Employees — necessary arrangements i.e., tags, access to park, stationery

4. Inter Office Mail Bags

5. Booking of Boardrooms

6. Office Automation Liaison

7. General Admin duties

Requirements:
• Matric,
• Must be strong in admin and good team player. Computer Literacy compulsory
• Good communication skills
• Hardworking and capable ol' working under pressure
• MS Office in
• Syspro will be an advantage
Salary:
R 7 000,00 Monthly
