Our client is a medium-sized website design agency based in the UK that delivers bespoke, high-conversion websites for clients. They take a personalized concierge-style approach to project delivery, where the client and their business are front and centre.

As a Website Project Coordinator, you will oversee the stages of website projects, ensuring they meet high standards of quality, functionality, and client expectations. You will work closely with clients, performing quality control checks, monitoring websites pre and post-launch, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities—you will liaise between internal teams and clients to ensure deadlines are met and that all projects align with company standards.

Candidates with experience in digital marketing or web development firms will be highly suited to this role.

Minimum Requirements:
Live in South Africa and set up to work in a fully remote capacity.
Excel in independent roles and are disciplined in remote work environments.
Experience managing website projects, ensuring completion within deadlines.
Familiarity with content management, quality control, and liaising between clients and development teams.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Backgrounds in proofreading, quality control, and content accuracy.
Experience handling project workflows, documentation, and process improvements.
Strong time management and initiative-taking capabilities.

Nice to Have (Not Required)
Familiarity with WordPress, HTML/CSS, website user interfaces.
Experience with Adobe Design applications or similar software.
Exposure to website testing and UX/UI best practices.
Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing.

Responsibilities:
Manage the website project lifecycle from post-design to launch, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Conduct rigorous quality control checks, including proofreading website content for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and clarity.
Liaise with clients, developers, and designers to ensure all project requirements are met.
Monitor websites pre and post-launch to ensure smooth functionality and client satisfaction.
Coordinate content uploads, ensuring all assets align with the client's branding and quality expectations.
Track project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure all deadlines and client commitments are met.
Provide training and support to clients on managing their website post-launch.
Document and report project progress, issues, and resolutions.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and quality.
