Job Description
Greeting visitors and clients
Managing front office area
Handling queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence
Transferring calls as necessary
Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.
Operate a switchboard to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls.
Assisting staff with office duties
Ad hoc duties for HR, accounts, and Directors
Various types of reports and notices
Assisting Director when in the office
Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric
1-2 Years experience in similar role
Computer Skills (Ms Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
Excellent verbal communication
Good telephone communication etiquette
Organized and resourceful (very important)
Customer-focused
Active listener
Adept at prioritizing, scheduling, and multitasking
Ability to handle office equipment (e.g., the telephone system, printerand the fax machine)
Fast and eager learner
