DTP manager

To manage the dtp department.Candidate will be expected to manage 4 operators ,delegating and making sure productivity and quality are of a high standard, making sure all prepress work is done correctly and in a professional manner. Proofs played out ,all queries with clients and sales reps resolved in a professional manner , trouble shooting and liasing with production team in factory. Candidate must make sure that all work sent down to ctp dept before reaching the presses is done in the correct manner, following all protocols and steps that have been put in place. Dept runs 24 hours Monday to Friday,, and candidate will be expected to liase after hours with nightshift managers as well as clients requests. Weekend work will be expected as our client base demands every now and then to produce over these specific days.,Own transport a must, once candidate has been interviewed and meets the right criteria, a package will be offered.
