Job Description
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience as a Wheat Miller
Must have full spectrum grain experience
Valid drivers license and own transport
Willing to work shifts tbd in the interview process
SAGMA or GMF-accredited qualification
Previous experience managing a team
Responsibilities
Monitor and manage optimal functionality of Milling equipment
Oversee and manage the milling process
Ensure product quality standards are met consistently
Routine maintenance and checks on machinery
Train, mentor and supervise employees
