Our Transport company based in Johannesburg is looking to employ Technical Trainers for the following Roles:

Automotive Machinist (Buses)
Vehicle Fitter and Turner (Buses)
Diesel Fuel Injection Technician (Buses)

have Trade Test Certificate
Proficient individuals who can instruct, enhance, and ensure the quality of our automotive technical workforce
Automotive Technicial Trainers provide training to aspiring automotive technicians, focusing on practical skills as well as theoretical knowledge.
They also ensure the individuals have an understanding of the latest tools, equipment, and safety regulations in the industry.
The duties and responsibilities of an Automotive Technicial Trainer include:
• Designing and implementing training programs in line with industry standards and regulations
• Teaching trainees about the inspection and repair of various automotive systems, such as engines, brakes, and air-conditioning systems
• Demonstrating the use of different tools and equipment used in automotive repair and maintenance
• Providing practical instruction on diagnostic techniques and the proper usage of diagnostic equipment
• Monitoring and evaluating trainee performance and progress, providing feedback as necessary
• Staying updated on the latest developments in the automotive industry and integrating these into the training curriculum
• Assisting trainees in preparing for certification exams in the automotive field
• Ensuring all training activities adhere to safety standards and regulations
• Developing and maintaining training materials and manuals
