Job Overview:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our small business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing financial transactions, assisting with preparing reports and attending to administration. The Financial Administrator will play a key role in ensuring that our financial operations are efficient, accurate and aligned with business goals and work alongside and assist the Director with handling day to day financial and administrative duties.
Previous admin and accounting assistance will be advantageous, i.e. Foundation Diploma or Certificate

Software skills:
- Computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Pastel Partner, (SARS e-filing)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Key Requirements:
- Financial Reporting & Record Keeping:
• Data capturing in Pastel
• Assist in compiling monthly reports
• Assist with payroll data capturing.
• Support the company to meet its objectives by providing accurate, reliable, and timely reports with Hands-on experience with spreadsheets.

- Administrative Support:
• Excellent administrative, organizing and communication skills.
• Compile and submit files with required documentation to director
• Perform general administrative tasks related to finance and debtors
• Performing other general administrative tasks and various admin duties as required
• Office administration i.e., filing, recordkeeping and keeping workstation organized

- Communication:
• Dealing with various clients via email or telephone.
• Impeccable client service with professionalism and friendliness
• Provide support to director as required.
Salary:
R 10 000,00 Monthly
