Job Description

• Diagnosis and Repair:
o Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems in diesel engines and related systems.
o Repair or replace engine components, including fuel injectors, turbochargers, pistons, and valves.
o Repair or replace steering, braking, and transmission systems.
o Conduct diagnostic tests using specialized equipment and software.

• Maintenance:
o Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, fluid level checks, and tire rotations.
o Inspect and maintain vehicle systems, including suspensions, steering, and exhausts.
o Ensure vehicles are clean and tidy.
• Record Keeping:
o Maintain detailed records of serviced vehicles, repairs performed, and parts used.
o Prepare and maintain diagnostic reports for future use.

• Other Duties:
o Estimates and procures material and / or equipment needed to complete work projects
o Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
o Follow safety procedures and regulations.
o Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and repair techniques.
