Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Social Auxiliary Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will provide support services to visually impaired individuals, assist with psychosocial interventions, and work closely with social workers to ensure the well-being of our beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in providing psychosocial support to visually impaired individuals.

Facilitate support groups and community outreach programs.

Conduct home visits and assessments when necessary.

Assist with referrals and link beneficiaries to relevant services.

Work alongside social workers to implement intervention plans.

Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

Certificate in Social Auxiliary Work (SACSSP registered).

Experience working with people with disabilities (advantageous).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver’s license (advantageous).
