Role summary:
Are you passionate about property investing, confident speaking in front of a crowd, and excited to inspire others while making extra income? We’re looking for dynamic Preview Speakers to join our growing team at SA Property Investors Network (SAPIN) — South Africa’s leading property education and networking platform.

As a Preview Speaker, your job is to present a 2-hour talk to audiences of aspiring and beginner investors. You’ll be introducing them to the world of property investing and showcasing the value of attending Andrew Walker’s renowned 2-Day Property Investment Workshop.

You won’t be doing it alone — a professional crew handles all the logistics, from registration and audio-visual setup to ensuring the room is ready for action. Your focus will be delivering a high-energy, educational, and persuasive presentation using a proven framework that you can make your own.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a 2-hour presentation (evenings or Saturdays) on strategies like Airbnb, Buy-to-Let, Multi-Let, and more.
- Educate and inspire the audience, while driving ticket sales for our 2-Day Workshop.
- Represent the SAPIN brand with confidence, credibility, and authenticity.
- Use your story and energy to connect with the audience and close sales (tickets range from R3,000 to R5,000).

Who We’re Looking For:
- Confident communicators who are comfortable presenting to a live audience.
- Aspiring speakers or sales professionals who want to grow their public speaking and sales skills.
- Passionate about property and eager to learn more.
- Reliable, punctual, and coachable.
- Happy to work on a commission + basic model (this is not a full-time or part-time job — it’s ideal for a freelancer or side hustler).

What You’ll Get:
- R1,000 appearance fee per event.
- 20% commission on all workshop ticket sales you close (e.g. sell R10,000 worth, earn R2,000 + R1,000 basic = R3,000).
- Flexible schedule — you’ll be booked in for select Thursdays (evenings) or Saturdays (11AM–1PM), as agreed.
- Full training and mentorship from the SAPIN team to help you grow as a speaker and closer.
