MINIMUM SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
 Technical qualification or previous experience
 Previous tool-changing experience in an injection moulding factory is highly beneficial
 Electrical background advantageous
 Overhead Crane certificate beneficial
 Material Handling – Knowledge of different materials

 Patient and persevering traits with a strong scientific approach to problem solving
 Ability to work well within a team and communicate well
 Good housekeeping habits

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS :
 Tool Cooling
 Tool changes
 Weekend shutdown
 Shift handover
 Housekeeping/working environment
 Pre-dry material, where drying is required
 Set the correct drying temperature and time, where drying is required
 Always keep hoppers full
 Clean Hoppers and mixer before loading new material.
