Job Description
• Matric
• Culinary Certificate or a Diploma in Catering Management would be an added advantage
• Minimum of 3 to 5 year’s experience as Chef
• Knowledge of HCCP regulations would be an advantage
• Must have knowledge and experience in Fine Dining Cuisine
Key Responsibilities:-
• Establish menus and food specifications as per the restaurant requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise all food production activities within the kitchen
• Assist management of operations of the restaurant
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Monitor food stock and place orders accordingly
• Ensure appealing presentation of food
• Supervise junior chefs, as when required
• Must be versatile
Preference will be given to candidate who resides in Richards Bay and surroundings.
