We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to oversee and optimize retail performance across the Western Cape. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales and Marketing Execution:
Implement and monitor marketing initiatives.
Analyze sales data.

Team Leadership and Development:
Recruit, train, and mentor store personnel.
Foster a culture of excellence.
Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.

Operational Excellence and Risk Management:
Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory control.
Manage asset management.
Loss prevention.
Compliance with security protocols.

Financial Performance and Budget Management:
Monitor and manage store budgets.
Analyze financial reports.
Implement strategies to optimize profitability and control expenses.

Customer Experience and Service Standards:
Champion exceptional customer service.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

Inventory and Asset Optimization:
Manage stock levels.
Facilitate inter-store transfers.
Ensure effective merchandising and housekeeping standards across all locations.

Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a area or multi-site retail management role.
Essential experience within the clothing retail sector.
Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve performance targets.
Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, loss prevention, and customer service.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong business acumen and financial literacy.
