Job Title: Admin Assistant Intern
Location: Randburg, Johannesburg

Role Overview
The Admin Assistant Intern will play a key role in supporting the admin team and ensuring a high standard of client satisfaction. This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and enjoys engaging with people.

Key Responsibilities
•Make follow-up calls to clients to gather feedback on services rendered
•Record and escalate client feedback to relevant team members
•Assist the Admin team with various day-to-day administrative tasks
•Help maintain and update client records in our internal systems
•Assist with scheduling and confirmation of meetings
•Perform general office duties as needed

Requirements
•Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
•Comfortable making phone calls and engaging professionally with clients
•Good organizational and time management skills
•Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, etc.)
•A positive attitude and willingness to learn
•Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Nice to Have
•Previous admin or customer service experience (even part-time or volunteer)
•Interest in HR, Payroll, or general business operations
